Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in brand new condition and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You are responsible for paying return shipping. Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.

They will assist you in resolving the issue or provide you with the returns information. Please note that you are responsible for shipping and return fees. Shipping and return fees are non-refundable.

Conditions of Happiness Guarantee:

Return Period: Must be received within 60 days from the date of purchase.

Purchases: Only products purchased from OKUPLIFE.com will be accepted, along with proof of purchase.

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Usage: The product must not be more than 25% used.

Refund Process: Refunds will be processed once we receive the returned product. We advise using a tracked shipping method for returns. We do not refund any delivery or return shipping fees.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
Exchanges are not available. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
